What this covers
We take a robot from "it works in our lab" to "it works on your floor." That means the unglamorous parts: mounting and reach studies, safety zoning and risk assessment, integration with your MES, WMS or line control, operator training in Japanese, and a documented handover.
How we work
- Task and site survey. We walk the floor, measure cycle times, and record the edge cases that a demo never shows.
- Hardware selection. Vendor-neutral shortlist, scored against the task, service availability in Japan, and total cost over three years.
- Integration and training. Perception tuning for your lighting and objects, policy training, and connection to existing systems.
- Supervised ramp. The robot runs alongside staff until success rate, cycle time, and recovery behaviour meet the agreed thresholds.
- Handover. Runbooks, failure playbooks, and a maintenance plan your team can own.

Common questions
Do you sell a specific humanoid?
No. We assess the task first and recommend hardware that fits it — including staying with conventional automation when a humanoid is not the right answer.
What tasks are realistic today?
Bin picking, machine tending, kitting, material transport, and repetitive handling in semi-structured environments. We are direct about what is not yet dependable.
