Naxar is a Physical AI company based in Tokyo, building automation that Japanese industry can rely on.
Why we exist
Japan's workforce is contracting, and the work is not. Automation is no longer optional for large parts of construction, energy, agriculture, logistics and manufacturing — but the distance between a promising machine and a dependable one is wide, and most of it is engineering, not research.
Naxar was built to cover that distance. We are a Physical AI company: we integrate robots and retrofit heavy equipment for real operations, build the perception and learning systems behind them, and help companies decide where automation belongs.
How we work
- Site before slideware. We start on the floor, with the task and its edge cases.
- Vendor-neutral. We recommend hardware that fits the job, including no robot at all when that is the honest call.
- Measured. Every deployment has agreed thresholds for success rate, cycle time, and recovery — and we hold to them.
- Handover, not lock-in. You get the code, the models, the documentation, and a team that can run it.

Our engineering, deployment, and data work is carried out domestically. The people who survey your site are the people who build the system and stand next to it during ramp-up.

Is Naxar a robot manufacturer?
No. We are an engineering and deployment company. We are vendor-neutral on hardware and work with the robots that fit each task.
Who does Naxar work with?
Construction firms, mining and tunnelling contractors, oil and gas operators, agricultural operators, logistics operators, manufacturers and system integrators operating in Japan, as well as robotics startups that need deployment capability.
